This calls for investment in leadership training of the future generation, to ensure that they are equipped with capabilities and competencies required to develop and grow as individuals, to work effectively,  to understand how to be accountable, to further their own personal development, to make a valuable contribution to their community and give service to others, and to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to become an effective Leader. 

 

The Young Leaders Academy provides students with the opportunity to develop skills and competencies on personal, professional, and social levels. The programs are designed to see the students as whole persons and strengthen not only their professional and leadership capacity but also to create a healthy and nurturing foundation for their growth to maturity.
